Selvin Sahn
Founder
Selvin is a Software Engineer with solid background in developments. He has extensive experience providing and developing innovative software solutions leveraging various technologies. He keeps an open mind for exploring emerging technologies—developing software solutions to solve problems. He works for Ethics & Compliance publishing company and will leverage his experience to help TVA achieve its ambitious objectives—building a tech community for cultivating skills of aspiring tech professionals.

Marcus Blamoh
Board Chairman
Marcus is an IT System Analyst with extensive knowledge in building and supporting corporate networks and server infrastructures. He provided network solutions and supported 3000+ local end-users during his employment at Amazon Corporation. He brings great industry experience and passion for technologies to support TVA in achieving its overarching goals. He currently works for the State of Minnesota, managing and developing solutions to streamline various school systems and infrastructures.

Kodjo Semeglo
Co-chairman
Kodjo is a Software Engineer and multi-skilled IT professional with a strong background in Developments and Quality Assurance. He has provided creative and innovative solutions using modern technologies. He’s always seeking the best approach to create and design software to minimize risk and increase productivity. He brings to TVA a dynamic leadership with over six years of experience in the tech fields. He works for a renown tech company in Texas.

Yini Guva Sahn
Board Treasurer
Yini Guva is an IT Support Specialist, trained in Cisco Network (SECURITY), CCNA, aspiring Cyber Security Analyst with years of support experience. He is also an accountant/Manager, with IT/Postal Technical management experience. Yini Guva helped introduce “Track n Trace,” basic postal technology, at Liberia Post in 2010. His side projects include advising and aligning non-profit organizations with relevant technologies. Yini Guva looks forward to working with TVA team to achieve its objectives.

Darwon Nuhn
Board Secretary
Darwon is a Computer Network Security Specialist with a deep knowledge in server management. He understands the importance of having a robust and secure computing system for corporations. Darwon believes his knowledge will play a vital role in creating opportunities in IT and developing professional growth of TVA community aspiring tech professionals and entrepreneurs. As technology constantly evolves, he’s always on the lookout for learning and adapting new technologies.

Grace Maximore
Board Member
Grace obtained her Bsc. in Management from A.M.E Zion University, Liberia. Upon graduation, she moved to the United States to pursue a higher education. Ms. Grace has comprehensive experience in management and in health care assistant—providing care assistance for the elderly. Grace will leverage her experience and passion for learning opportunities to support TVA’s vision—building Africa’s Silicon Valley that provides opportunities for generations.

Olivia Nalugya
Professional Tech Blogger
Olivia is currently completing her master’s in Applied Clinical Research at Saint Cloud State University College of Science and Engineering. She has experience conducting research and working with communities to help build better, sustainable changes in health care services. Her passion for writing and blogging makes her a valuable asset to TVA. She is determined to increase visibility of TVA’s work and communicate its vision to a wider audience.

Emmanuel Gonquoi
Liberia Staff
Emmanuel obtained his Associate Degree in Information Technology from Nimba County Community College. Mr. Gonquoi hopes to utilize his passion for technologies and craving desire to learning to support TVA become successful in its goal. He works for DSTV as a technician in Sanniquellie, Nimba County—providing support to DSTV customers, including installation and operation of Satellite TV and many other network systems.

Ama Gwaikolo
Liberia Staff
Ama obtained her Bsc. in Accounting from A.M.E. Zion University, Liberia. She currently works as a Ticket Agent for Kpatawee Travel Service in greater Monrovia—providing support to customers across Africa. Ms. Ama has comprehensive experience in accounting and public administration. Her desirous goal is leveraging her experience to creatively support TVA in achieving its ambitious goal of establishing a tech hub.

Willie Bee Tingba Jr.
Conference Speaker
Willie is an IT specialist with solid experience in Telecommunications and network administration. He is also a CyberSec enthusiast and researches solutions for Cyber security threats for government and private agencies. Willie looks forward to leveraging his IT experience and passion for technology to support TVA overarching goal of developing the future generations of Africa. He keeps an open mind exploring emerging technologies to support digital transformation of Africa.

Jeroline Chelley
Liberia Staff
Jeroline graduated from Addo Mill International School System, Monrovia, Liberia. She currently works as an office assistant at Superior Group of Companies in greater Monrovia—providing various office assistances. Ms. Jeroline planned to pursue her Bsc. in Project and Human Resource management. She hopes to leverage her passion for learning emerging skills to help TVA achieve its central goal of building a tech hub.

Gizzel J. Macauley
Sierra Leone Staff
Gizzel is a Social Worker and program Coordinator with a strong commitment of serving disadvantaged Youth andAdults, including homeless, emancipated Youth and Special-needs populations. He’s documented success overcoming challenges of limited resources, financial constraints to design cost-effective and comprehensive services. Gizzel hopes to use his experience of social work principles, techniques and practices to help TVA achieve its ambitious goal—building a Tech Village Community.
